Overview
We believe in the progressive Oregon tradition of winemaking: using every new technique available to improve our wine, yet respecting the sustainable truths that allow Mother Nature to produce her very best.
At Cherry Hill we sort our grapes for the best clusters before destemming, then gravity-feed them to stainless tanks for fermentation. We carefully maintain fermentation temperatures that allow us to extract only the softer tannins in the delicate Pinot Noir fruit.
Cherry Hill Winery produced its first vintage of estate Pinot Noir in 2003 in our new state of the art gravity flow winery. We produce three distinct hand crafted estate Pinot Noirs: Cherry Hill Winery, Papillon, and Sweeney. We also produce a Pinot Gris, Poverty Road, and a Pinot Noir Dry Rosé, Vanda.
